At Maison Verelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer

  • Items not in original condition or packaging


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error → we cover the shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer preference → the customer is responsible for return shipping fees


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund

  • After 12 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider
