Payment Method

Maison Verelle currently accepts payment through PayPal only. PayPal allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a credit or debit card — you do not need a PayPal account to complete a purchase using a card.

Payment Security

Payments are processed entirely through PayPal. Maison Verelle does not collect, store, or have access to your card number or banking details. PayPal's checkout is encrypted and governed by PayPal's own security standards.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email from Maison Verelle after your payment is successfully processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us at support@maisonverelle.com with the email address used at checkout.

Payment Issues

If your payment does not go through at checkout, the most common causes are:

  • Insufficient PayPal balance or linked account funds
  • Card declined by your bank — contact your bank directly to resolve
  • Billing address does not match your card on file

Taxes
